You will lead business development, client acquisition, and end‑to‑end placement while working remotely with the California division leader. The role offers aggressive commissions and a path to leadership as the California team grows, with long‑term plans for a hybrid office presence in Orange County.

Qualifications

• Experience running a 360/full-desk within STEM, Engineering or Construction verticals.
• Proven track record in business development and meeting KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-to-start environment with high activity and fast delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and secure new client accounts within STEM, Engineering, and Construction.
• Source, screen, interview, and place top-tier technical talent for permanent and contract roles.
• Cross-sell other lines of business (Light Industrial, Onsites, Office Professionals) where appropriate.
• Wear multiple hats and establish a strong market presence in Southern California.
