Job summary

BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, part of Elevance Health, seeks an Implementation Coordinator Lead to drive 340B program implementations and account renewals. The role blends in-office collaboration 1–2 days weekly with remote work flexibility.

You will manage multi-disciplinary deliverables, build relationships across Sales, Account Management, Operations and Underwriting, and lead process improvements.

Applicants should have a BA/BS and 5+ years in health insurance; PMP and 340B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and at least 5 years of health insurance experience.
• PMP designation and state licensure to sell health benefits preferred.
• 340B experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project manages new case implementation activities and serves as a liaison between the Account Management team, Sales team, Sales Support and customers.
• Ensures completion of all deliverables for timely implementation of benefit plans.
• Accountable for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the implementation process.
• Develops relationships with existing accounts and internal departments such as Sales Support, Operations, Sales and Underwriting.
• Tracks progress with Director, Account Management Services across functional areas during implementation.
• Helps develop tools and best practices to improve installations and performs root cause analysis.
• Acts as primary liaison between customers to resolve issues in plan design and deliverables.
• Supports Sales and Sales Support in developing prospects and responding to RFPs; participates in finalist meetings.
• Leads corporate projects and implements tracking mechanisms for account implementation.
