Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Client Operations Lead to partner with Customer Success, deliver measurable outcomes for a portfolio of healthcare clients, and drive 340B optimization across implementations. This role focuses on translating strategy into execution, surfacing insights, and ensuring value delivery.

You will own day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Operations, and uphold rigorous execution with ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing or operational roles within healthcare.
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery environments such as FQHCs, health systems, or pharmacy operations.
• Working knowledge of the 340B program and how it drives operational and financial outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and effective communication across stakeholders.
• Comfort working with data to identify issues and opportunities.
• Ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client outcomes and value delivery through execution and reporting.
• Manage implementations from kickoff through go-live and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with Customer Success to monitor engagement, performance, and risk indicators.
• Maintain accurate tracking of activities, reporting, and deliverables, and contribute to scalable processes.
