Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to operate and maintain an LLM-based code vulnerability detection and reporting capability. This remote contract role focuses on monitoring, running playbooks, patching, and resolving defects in the deployed scanner and pipelines.

The position supports a four-person on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage, with about 40 hours per week. Candidates should have 1+ year in information security, AWS familiarity, Terraform, and Python

Qualifications

• 1+ years in information security or related field.
• Experience with AWS fundamentals and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor an LLM-based code vulnerability detection capability on AWS Bedrock.
• Monitor and resolve failures in Jenkins pipelines and GitHub integrations.
• Execute runbooks during shifts and escalate as needed to Leads.
• Document handoffs and open issues clearly.
• Apply patches and configuration changes via change management processes.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks.
