Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a skilled Technical Assistance Specialist for 21st CCLC to provide training, coaching and program-quality support to grantees and site coordinators. This remote, project-based role focuses on strong TA delivery and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

You will support grantees with federal Title IV, Part B compliance, data reporting and performance measures, while designing trainings, webinars and onboarding for new grantees and building practical tools to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in afterschool / OST programs with direct experience supporting 21st CCLC grantees
• Experience delivering training or TA to multiple sites or subgrantees
• Working knowledge of Title IV, Part B requirements and federal reporting
• Clear writer and facilitator who turns findings into usable improvement plans
• Comfortable as an independent consultant on a project basis

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance, coaching and professional development to 21st CCLC grantees and site coordinators
• Support program-quality assessment and continuous improvement using Weikart/YPQA or state quality standards
• Help grantees with federal Title IV, Part B compliance, monitoring readiness and data reporting
• Design and facilitate trainings, webinars, regional convenings and onboarding for new grantees
• Build practical tools: guides, templates, checklists and resource libraries
• Contribute TA approach and past-performance narrative to proposals when naming is authorized
