Job summary

Groups Recover Together in Name Linked Indiana is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) for a remote 1099 contractor role. Compensation is $200/hour per group, with flexible scheduling of approximately 5–10 hours per month. Responsibilities include chart reviews, co-signing, and medication management.

Requires an active license and DEA, plus Buprenorphine prescribing experience and board certification. In-office presence of at least 5 hours per week is expected; credentialing will determine start timing.

Qualifications

• Active, Unencumbered State License (MD/DO) in the applying state.
• Active, Individual DEA with address in the applying state (required for prescribing).
• DEAX designation or 8 hours SAMHSA training as assigned will be required.
• Minimum 1 year actively prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Proof of Active Board Certification (MD or DO; any specialty)

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5–20 collaborative agreements and complete required chart reviews and co-signing.
• Monitor patients' clinical progress at regular group counseling sessions; manage medication dosing.
• Authorize prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels.
• Complete all notes and reporting in Groups EMR within required timelines.
