Job summary

Groups Recover Together in Indiana seeks a Physician (1099) to maintain 5-20 collaborative agreements, complete chart reviews, and co-sign responsibilities. You will conduct intakes after counselors’ evaluations and monitor patients’ progress during group counseling sessions, guiding medication dosing.

The role requires active MD/DO licensure, DEA, and credentialing. Expect about 5 hours per week in-office, with monthly visits.

Qualifications

• Active, Unencumbered MD/DO license in the state you practice.
• Active, individual DEA with state address.
• DEAX designation or equivalent training per SAMHSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5-20 collaborative agreements with chart reviews and co-signing.
• Assist in conducting intakes after counselor assessments.
• Monitor patients' progress during group sessions and manage medication dosing.
• Authorize prescriptions during monthly visits.
• Complete notes and reporting in Groups EMR within required timelines.
