Qualifications

• Active, Unencumbered State License (NP/APRN) in the State of application.
• Active, Individual DEA with address in State of application.
• 1 yr. Minimum actively prescribing Buprenorphine.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting intakes.
• Monitor patients' clinical progress at group sessions.
• Authorize patients' prescriptions during monthly visits.
