Job summary

Groups is seeking a 1099 Physician (MD/DO) to work remotely in Indiana. The role emphasizes maintaining 5–20 collaborative agreements, completing chart reviews, and co-signing responsibilities within our EMR system.

Physicians will participate in monthly patient panels, monitor progress during group sessions, and ensure timely documentation. Requires active state license, DEA, board certification, and prior buprenorphine prescribing experience.

Qualifications

• Active State License (MD/DO) in the applying state.
• Active, Individual DEA with address in the applying state (multi-state prescribing needs separate DEAs).
• DEAX designation or 8hrs SAMHSA training required.
• Minimum 1 year actively prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Active Board Certification (MD or DO).
• Ability to work in-office at least 5hrs per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5–20 collaborative agreements and complete chart reviews.
• Monitor patients' progress during regular group counseling sessions.
• Authorize prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels.
• Complete notes and reporting in Groups EMR within required timelines.
