Job summary

Seek Now is seeking reliable 1099 field inspectors to provide accurate home and commercial property inspections. You will access and inspect roofs of various heights, support adjusters, and deliver high-quality reports with a strong customer service focus.

Ideal candidates travel frequently, possess HAAG certification or willingness to obtain it, and have a reliable vehicle and tech setup. This role is fully remote with extensive travel and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in construction, service, or sales preferred.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Experience with property and liability insurance standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Climb two-story+ and steep roofs.
• Carry and set up a 32-foot extension ladder safely.
• Lift up to 100 pounds multiple times daily.
• Sketch and measure roof and room components.
• Calculate roof and room areas for inspections.
• Perform accurate roof and property inspections.
• Enter photos, measurements, and reports via mobile app and laptop.
• Travel daily within a 100-mile radius; CAT travel as needed.
• Maintain professional safety standards and QA reporting.
• Collaborate with Seek Now team and escalate issues.
