Sebring Design Build in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a Remodeling Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role serves as the primary leader for production activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.

• Hands-on carpentry experience with the ability to assist in the field when necessary.

• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sold projects for production and construction kickoff
• Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal team members
• Monitor project budgets and job costs
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget expectations
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress and expectations
• Conduct job site visits and inspections
• Resolve field challenges and unforeseen project issuesMaintain project documentation and reporting
• Lead production teams while promoting accountability, safety, and professionalism
• Perform hands‑on carpentry tasks when needed, including framing, trim work, punch‑list items, and repairs
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and core values in all interactions

About The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. This position serves as the primary leader for production activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
