Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on residential remodeling projects.
• Perform and oversee framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, trim, doors, and general carpentry.
• Read and follow construction plans and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Plan upcoming work to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Identify and resolve job site issues before they affect quality or timelines.
• Confirm work is properly prepared for the next trade.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised job site.
• Protect finished work and client property.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project team.
• Complete punch‑list items and support projects through final completion.

Sebring Design Build is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to help lead high-quality residential remodeling projects throughout Franklin and Middle Tennessee. We specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home remodels. We are looking for a hands‑on carpenter who can lead daily job site activities, coordinate trade partners, solve field challenges, and maintain high standards for craftsmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on residential remodeling projects
• Perform and oversee framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, trim, doors, and general carpentry
• Read and follow construction plans and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
• Plan upcoming work to keep projects moving on schedule

• Previous Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or field leadership experience preferred
• Strong planning, organisation and problem‑solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for residential construction work
