Job summary

Matrix is hiring a Field Manager in Milwaukee to lead the installation teams on remodeling projects. You will drive planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision to ensure customer expectations are met and quality is delivered.

The role requires 3–5 years of field construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM/scheduling tools. Compensation is competitive with 401k benefits and PTO; full-time on-site position in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation team for all remodeling projects
• Visit jobsites to enforce policy and job satisfaction
• Planning/Schedule all installations
• Coordinate all warranty and service calls
• Review your job cost to determine recommendations for improvement
• Complete analysis on root cause of service calls
• Create a positive environment
• Review customer feedback
