Matrix-Basement-Finishing in Milwaukee is seeking a Field Manager to lead the installation team on remodeling projects and ensure customers' expectations are met at each site.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of field experience in construction, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational and planning skills, with experience managing installation teams and CRM/scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field experience in Construction is REQUIRED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Management of installation teams - Proven Success Records.
• Ability to work through a punch list.
• Proficient with CRM or Scheduling software.
• Multi-tasking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation team for all remodeling projects.
• Visit jobs sites to enforce policy and job satisfaction.
• Planning/Schedule all installations.
• Coordinate all warranty and service calls.
• Review your job cost to determine recommendations for improvement.
• Complete analysis on root cause of service calls.
• Create a positive environment.
• Review customer feedback.
