Job summary

HoneyDew Improvements is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to lead design-build remodeling projects in the Milwaukee area. You will oversee schedules, budgets, trade partners, materials, and client communications, driving projects from preconstruction handoff to final completion.

This in-person, full-time role requires readiness to travel between the Glendale office and residential sites, with a focus on quality workmanship and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• At least four years of residential remodeling experience are required.
• Strong project management, supervision, or lead-ership experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential design-build remodeling projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Review plans, budgets, takeoffs, and scopes before work begins.
• Coordinate permits, subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and materials.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and adjust when needed.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide clear updates.
