Key Responsibilities

• - Team Leadership & Accountability: Guide and support our installation team, providing training, direction, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.
• - Installation Support & Training: Equip the team with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to excel, offering hands-on support throughout each project.
• - Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, timelines, and any important updates.
• - Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on our products and services to provide expert advice to both the team and customers.
• - Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure every installation meets our rigorous quality standards.
• - Project Review: Lead pre- and post-installation meetings to review project execution, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
