Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess remodeling needs, build rapport, and develop project plans.
• Create design concepts and present remodeling solutions aligned with client budgets and expectations.
• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with designers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Guide clients through material selections with our Selections and Allowances Specialist.
• Maintain accurate project records in Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Attend site visits to verify project feasibility and ensure client satisfaction.
