Job summary

Swank Builders Inc. in Flint, MI is seeking an In-Field Construction Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walk-through.

This hands-on role serves as the central coordinator between clients, trade partners, vendors, and our internal team. You'll manage multiple projects at once, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality finishes and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and/or site supervision in residential construction.
• Proven track record of delivering quality on schedule with strong planning and organization.
• Clear communication with homeowners, trades, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead remodeling projects from planning to final completion on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate daily activities with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain realistic project schedules and track progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship and safety compliance.
• Use Buildertrend to manage documentation, RFIs, change orders, and logs.
• Ensure Michigan codes, inspections, and permitting on every project.
