Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist on a flex, project-based basis. The role involves building and reconfiguring store fixtures, coordinating basic merchandising tasks, and supporting client remodels. Overnight and weekend work is common, with daytime shifts possible for certain projects.

The position is full-time by project, reports to the Project Team Supervisor/Manager, and offers paid on-the-job training and opportunities to transfer to other projects upon completion.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod or retail remodel is a plus.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and uninstall sales floor fixtures.
• Move and install fixtures and basic electronics (no programming).
• Set merchandise per modular guidelines and relocate excess merchandise.
• Use basic hand tools and drills; perform audits and other merchandising tasks.
