Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to manage store remodels and fixture configurations. The role is project-based and may include overnight and weekend work, with daytime shifts possible for some projects.

Responsibilities include installing and moving fixtures, aligning merchandise per modular guidelines, and completing client merchandising tasks. Benefits and flexible schedules are offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to read a planogram/Mod or retail remodel.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with frequent 35 lb carries; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and uninstall sales floor fixtures.
• Relocate fixtures and install modular guidelines.
• Move merchandise to designated locations per store direction.
• Use basic hand tools and cordless drill.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits.
