Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to support intricate store remodels and special projects. This project-oriented role handles fixture construction, relocation, and merchandising tasks under the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager.

Typical duties include installing fixtures, moving merchandise, and audits. The position requires overnights, flexible hours, and pays $21.00 per hour with benefits eligibility for full-time or part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read planograms or remodel plans is a plus.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance; frequent bending and climbing.
• Overnights required; nights/weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and uninstall store fixtures.
• Move and relocate fixtures and merchandise.
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Follow modular guidelines and set merchandise.
• Use basic hand tools and drills.
• Complete audits and merchandising tasks.
