Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to ensure store remodels and special projects meet client demands. You will manage fixture reconfigurations, relocate merchandise, and perform merchandising tasks in a project-based, full-time role.

Overnight and weekend shifts are typical with some daytime variations depending on the project. Responsibilities include building/unbuilding fixtures, basic equipment installation, and following modular guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod or retail remodel a plus.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move fixtures and install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines and relocate excess merchandise as directed.
• Use basic hand tools and/or cordless drill.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits.
