Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring for a full-time Project Specialist Flex to ensure store remodel standards and client demands are met. The role involves managing fixture reconfigurations and merchandising tasks, with overnight shifts and some daytime occasions.

Training is provided, and projects may transfer to other opportunities upon completion. The position emphasizes a project-based, flexible schedule, good team environment, and opportunities for growth within the Project Team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Overnights are required and flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move and install fixtures and basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Detail modular counters and set merchandise to guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise per store management instruction.
• Use basic hand tools and cordless drill as needed.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks and audits.
