Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to uphold standards for intricate store remodels and special projects.

The role involves managing fixtures, reconfiguring product layouts, and fulfilling client merchandising tasks. It is a project-based, full-time position with overnight and weekend schedules; daytime shifts may occur. Reports to Project Team Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram or retail remodel a plus.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Overnights are required.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move fixtures on the sales floor, basic to complex.
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Detail basic modular and counter work.
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise per store management.
• Use basic hand tools or cordless drill and perform audits.
