La Posada in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a Remodel Lead to join our dynamic team. The Lead will serve as a working leader, guiding the crew while performing their own duties.

This role extends the employee’s regular responsibilities and supports the supervisor with day-to-day leadership tasks. The position emphasizes enforcing rules, coaching teammates, training new staff, and contributing to performance evaluations and task assignments within the same job category.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, a Lead serves as a working leader who performs duties similar to those of their coworkers while also providing direction, instruction, and guidance to the team. In addition, the Lead assists the supervisor in carrying out designated supervisory responsibilities. The Lead role is an extension of the employee’s regular position, and Lead duties are performed in addition to their standard job responsibilities.
