Job summary

La Posada at Park Centre, Inc. is seeking a Lead to act as a working supervisor on construction projects, guiding the team and coordinating with the supervisor. The role involves applying project knowledge to ensure timely, quality completion and strong customer service.

The Lead will train staff, monitor performance, adjust schedules, interpret blueprints, and manage costs while upholding safety standards and company policies. Experience in residential construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; three years of progressive construction experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and training capabilities for a lead role.
• Proficient in using MS Office, calendars, and online research.

Responsibilities

• Enforce work rules and procedures as directed by the supervisor.
• Train new and current employees within the same job category.
• Evaluate day-to-day work performance and provide feedback.
• May assign tasks and adjust daily schedules to meet needs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Interpret specifications and blueprints to direct and lay out jobs for workers.
• Compute estimates and actual costs of materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control inspections of workmanship and materials.
• Other duties as required.
