Job summary

House Doctors STL is seeking an experienced estimator/sales professional to grow our residential and commercial remodel business. You will estimate, price, and sell projects from bath and kitchen to decks and additions, working in person with clients and coordinating with our office and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel estimation and sales.
• Experience selling and managing bathroom, kitchen, basement, deck, and other projects.
• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction and remodel.
• Proven track record in managing remodel projects from start to finish.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell residential and commercial improvements in-person.
• Coordinate and manage projects with office and field teams.
• Serve as primary contact for clients from estimate to post-completion.
• Develop new programs and markets with management and marketing.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and communities.
• Participate in local industry and networking events as a House Doctors STL representative.
• Mentor and develop future estimator/sales team members.
• Assist in non-profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand.
