Job summary

House Doctors of St. Louis in Saint Peters, MO is seeking an experienced estimator/sales professional to grow our residential remodeling division. You will estimate and sell home improvement projects and coordinate with our office and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Candidates should have 5–10+ years in home remodel estimation and sales, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish with professionalism and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel estimation and sales.
• Experience selling and managing bathroom, kitchen, basement, deck, fence projects.
• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction, remodel and improvement.
• Proven track record delivering remodel/improvement projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up.
• Professional, relationship-focused sales approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from estimate to post-completion.

• Mentor and develop future estimator/sales members.
• Assist in non-profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand.

The successful candidate will be someone with extensive experience and knowledge about home improvements (interior, exterior, or both), and great at sales and long term relationship building.

House Doctors is a nationwide professional handyman service and home improvement company. We handle everything from small repairs to full remodel projects, both interior (bathroom, kitchen, basement) and exterior (deck, fence, siding, painting) projects.
