Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Remittance Processing Specialist II to perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions. You will handle day-to-day reject processing and operate high-speed extraction and scanning equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and teamwork are emphasized as part of the department's operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Computer skills and ability to read and make decisions.
• Able to work independently and with others for all clients.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Must meet productivity and accuracy minimums.

Responsibilities

• Reject operation: pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails.
• High speed mail extraction and scanning using equipment like I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, 150 Falcon.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning.
• Maintain accuracy and performance per department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
