This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 lbs, and meet productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Computer skills and ability to read and make decisions.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must meet Deluxe productivity and accuracy standards; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions.
• Reject Operator - pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails.
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning – perform extraction and scanning with equipment.
• Process work accurately and maintain performance output per department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
