Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist II to perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions. The role focuses on day-to-day reject processing and requires accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 3rd shift position (Sunday – Thursday, 9:00pm–5:30am) with competitive benefits starting on day one, and strong opportunities for growth within a recognized employer.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Computer skills and the ability to read and make decisions.
• Able to work independently and with others on multiple client tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Reject operator: pull rejected transactions from all processing areas.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with documents and processing headers.
• High speed mail extraction and scanning using specified equipment.
• Process work accurately and assist with training when needed.
