Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Computer skills.
• Able to read and make decisions.
• Able to work well independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes.
• Must meet standard minimums for productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reject non-standard or rejected transactions and sort by basic rules.
• Pull rejected transactions from processing areas using reports and audit trails; header batched items with control documents.
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning using designated equipment.
• Process client sorting and transaction decisioning per instructions; maintain accuracy.
• Assist with training when needed.
