Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood and ensure compassionate, individualized care for residents with dementia. You will champion the Resident-Centered Care model while supporting families and developing a skilled team.

This role involves coordinating ISPs, safety and hydration, and partnering with clinical leadership to meet care needs. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting and quality metrics, while promoting

• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Oversee department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range: 66,352.00 - 88,608.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
