Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wall, SD is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood, ensuring residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia receive compassionate, individualized care and meaningful engagement.

You will champion resident-centered care, partner with clinical leadership, design dementia-appropriate activities, support families, manage staff and budget, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality indicators are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
• Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Oversee department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range: 66,352.00 - 88,608.00
