Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westminster, CO is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood, delivering compassionate, individualized care for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. You will champion the Resident-Centered Care model and support families while building a strong, well-trained team.

You’ll manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate ISPs, monitor weight and behaviors, and oversee staffing, budgeting and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood per regulations and Sunrise standards
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
• Develop dementia-appropriate activities for purposeful days
• Partner with clinical leadership to meet ISPs, safety, and care needs
• Support families with meetings, education and monthly groups
• Monitor quality indicators: weight, behaviors, and medications oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance
• Oversee the department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
• Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Oversee department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range

66,352.00 - 88,608.00
