Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.

You will partner with clinical leadership, design Life Skills programming, support families, manage staff and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading memory care programs for residents with dementia.
• Strong teamwork and communication with families.
• Ability to manage staffing and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards.
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming.
• Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met.
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups.
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Oversee department budget and financial performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards.

Pay Range:

70,720.00 - 91,676.00
