Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Reminiscence Supervisor to lead the memory care neighborhood, supervise the reminiscence team, and champion the designated care manager model. You will ensure dementia programming excellence and strong family engagement while delivering resident-centered care.

The role focuses on supervision, staffing oversight, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care or dementia care.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operations
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and timekeeping oversight
• Provide direct resident care and support Life Skills programming
• Monitor resident condition changes and escape concerns appropriately
• Support family meetings, education sessions and monthly support groups
• Assist with ISPs, daily assignments and point-of-care documentation
• Promote Resident-Centered Care and dementia-specific best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards
• Partner with leadership on training, coaching and performance support

22.15 - 27.75
