Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead compassionate memory care and resident engagement. You will oversee daily operations in the reminiscence neighborhood, champion the care manager model, and design dementia-appropriate activities that bring meaningful, joyful days to residents.

Collaborating with clinical leadership, you will ensure safety, care planning, and family support while supervising staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
• Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Oversee department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range:

38.30 - 52.85
