Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Reminiscence Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership in the memory care neighborhood, guiding the reminiscence team and ensuring high-quality dementia programming and family engagement. This role focuses on resident-centered living and supports ISPs, daily assignments, and care documentation.

• Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operations.

• Provide direct resident care and support Life Skills programming.
• Monitor resident condition changes and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Support family meetings, education sessions and monthly support groups.
• Assist with ISPs, daily assignments and point-of-care documentation.
• Promote Resident-Centered Care and dementia-specific best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Partner with leadership on training, coaching and performance support.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operations

• Partner with leadership on training, coaching and performance support

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care or dementia care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
