Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement across our communities. You will plan programs, coordinate events, and oversee volunteers, ensuring engagement aligns with our mission to enhance residents' quality of life.

The role requires coordinating with staff, managing calendars and engagement tools, and maintaining partnerships with community organizations. A passion for seniors' experiences and strong planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.
• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences.
• Valid driver's license, if required.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
• Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards.

Pay Range: 23.70 - 29.70
