Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create meaningful daily routines for memory-impaired residents, using individualized Life Skills and familiar activities. You will organize small groups, document participation, and collaborate with team members and volunteers to support engagement and safe transportation to programs.

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
