Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Hermosa Beach, CA is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement and create meaningful connections across communities, including memory care. You will plan, implement, and evaluate programs, supervise staff and volunteers, and partner with sales and care teams on move-ins and ongoing engagement.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.
• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences.
• Valid driver's license, if required.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
• Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards.

Pay Range: 23.70 - 29.70
