Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Remedy ARSystem enhancements and interfaces.
• Support and administer the Remedy environment in a mixed Windows/Linux infrastructure.
• Contribute to migration planning from Helix v20.x to v25.
• Integrate Remedy with CRM, Billing, Inventory, and telemetry systems to provide a 360-degree view of assets.
