Job Description

The candidate will be responsible to help architect and implement conversion from Remedy 7.X to 8.X and ITSM upgrade. The responsibilities will include frequent interface with end-users, requirements gathering, drafting action plans / milestones, and managing project phases through to success. The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work on projects both independently and as part of a development team. This is a long-term (24 month) position.

Qualifications

The candidate must be able to demonstrate expert-level development experience in the BMC / Remedy and suite of applications.
