Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to manage Salesforce.com, NICE InContact, and related cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities include configuration, testing, reporting, and user support for multiple departments, with a focus on system optimization and vendor coordination. The role involves developing dashboards, collaborating with IT and business teams, and ensuring successful implementation of new programs and integrations.

Qualifications

2–5 years of Salesforce.com experience in CRM/telephony
Relational database management and Excel proficiency preferred
PM experience or certifications preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis
Time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
MS Office (Access, Excel) proficiency
Knowledge of SQL a plus
Programming languages a plus
Documenting business processes; process improvement
Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Regular attendance essential
Willingness to travel and pass background check

Responsibilities

Oversee daily system activities, incidents, data requests, and end-user support.
Develop system strategies; implement enhancements with vendors.
Create reports/dashboards with Qlik and Power BI.
Assist implementation/testing of new processes and apps; support workflow changes.
Plan, coordinate, and implement new programs and enhancements.
Develop reports; analyze data for leadership presentation.
Maintain knowledge of NICE InContact and Salesforce, participate in user groups.
Identify risks and opportunities for new functionality/integrations.
Other projects as assigned.
