Job summary

Penske is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to manage and optimize departmental systems, including Salesforce.com and NICE InContact, with emphasis on Salesforce administration. The role collaborates with Vehicle Remarketing, IT, and vendors, and requires building reports and dashboards.

The position is in Reading, PA, within the Administration department, and involves end-user support, testing, and system enhancements to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Salesforce.com and other business systems such as CRM, telephony, account management.
• Database management, including relational database and Excel proficiency highly preferred,
• Project Management Experience and/or certifications preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem solving skills including identification of root causes and plans for resolution.
• Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present project information to customers and all levels of management
• Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, specifically including Access and Excel.
• Knowledge of queries (SQL a plus)
• Knowledge of programming languages a plus
• Experience in documenting business process. Developing process improvement initiatives
• Quality Experience Lean, Six Sigma, CAP
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities, incidents, data accuracy, mapping, and data requests, system monitoring, troubleshooting and provide end-user support activities to assist Vehicle Remarketing and other related functions.
• Develop system strategies and implement enhancements while working with departments and third party vendors to meet business needs.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI.
• Assists with the implementation, testing, and documentation of all newprocesses and applications. Support workflow configurations and enhancements to support process changes.
• Ensure the proper planning, coordination, and implementation of new programs and enhancements.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data and interpret results to be presented to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of NICE InContact phone system, Salesforce.com and other system developments through participation in user group activities, knowledge exchange, and other related activities.
• Identify risks and opportunities for the implementation of any new functionality and integrations with other systems.
