Job summary

Penske in Reading, PA seeks a Systems Business Analyst to manage enterprise systems including Salesforce.com and NICE InContact, with emphasis on configuration, testing, and reporting.

You will work with Vehicle Remarketing and IT teams to optimize systems, create dashboards in Qlik and Power BI, and coordinate with vendors for enhancements. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Salesforce.com and other business systems (CRM, telephony, account management).
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel and Access; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Project management experience or certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel and undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities, incidents, data accuracy, mapping, and data requests, system monitoring, troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Develop system strategies and implement enhancements with departments and third-party vendors.
• Create custom reports and dashboards using Qlik and Power BI.
• Assist with implementation, testing, and documentation of new processes and applications.
• Ensure proper planning, coordination, and implementation of new programs and enhancements.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards; analyze data for leadership presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of Salesforce.com, NICE InContact, and other system developments.
• Identify risks and opportunities for new functionality and integrations.
• Perform other projects as assigned by manager.
