Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remarketing Supervisor to join our growing team.

Essential Functions

1. You will assist the Remarketing Manager with the oversight of the management and sale of company-owned real estate and chattel (manufactured home) assets, from securing through liquidation and accounting of the loss.
2. Contribute to the development and documentation of policies, processes, and procedures for the repossession department.
3. Ensure all company-owned repossessed assets are protected, liquidation timelines are met, expenses are mitigated, and the best possible recovery rates are achieved.
4. Work with the remarketing manager and department vendors to ensure work is completed timely, accurately, and within budget.
5. Collaborate with community managers and property owners to secure assets and maintain current lot rent.
6. Coordinate with a network of retailers to assist with the sale of assets after repossession.
7. Assist with the direct sale of assets to the public when permissible and appropriate.
8. Work with internal departments to resolve servicing issues quickly and accurately.
9. Assist with the allocation of department workload to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Remarketing Manager.
11. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
2. At least 2 years of experience in remarketing and sale of real estate owned assets.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Knowledge of federal guidelines and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
6. Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions and routines.
7. Strong knowledge of the manufactured housing industry is highly desirable.
8. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
9. Management skills to build and lead teams, creating a positive work environment.
10. Attention to detail and goal orientation.
11. MSP experience is a plus.
12. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
13. High school diploma or GED is required.
