Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remarketing Supervisor to join our growing team.
Essential Functions
- You will assist the Remarketing Manager with the oversight of the management and sale of company-owned real estate and chattel (manufactured home) assets, from securing through liquidation and accounting of the loss.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of policies, processes, and procedures for the repossession department.
- Ensure all company-owned repossessed assets are protected, liquidation timelines are met, expenses are mitigated, and the best possible recovery rates are achieved.
- Work with the remarketing manager and department vendors to ensure work is completed timely, accurately, and within budget.
- Collaborate with community managers and property owners to secure assets and maintain current lot rent.
- Coordinate with a network of retailers to assist with the sale of assets after repossession.
- Assist with the direct sale of assets to the public when permissible and appropriate.
- Work with internal departments to resolve servicing issues quickly and accurately.
- Assist with the allocation of department workload to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Remarketing Manager.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- At least 2 years of experience in remarketing and sale of real estate owned assets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of federal guidelines and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions and routines.
- Strong knowledge of the manufactured housing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Management skills to build and lead teams, creating a positive work environment.
- Attention to detail and goal orientation.
- MSP experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
