Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Basic disassembly, washing, and assembly of parts.
• Operation of semi-automatic equipment such as pedestal buffers, hand buffers, wash machines, ultrasonic washers.
• Handle parts and tools safely.
• Proper use of power and manual tools, e.g., impact wrenches, drills, EZ Outs, hand tools.
• Understand and comply with all quality and safety rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Technical Capacity
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.

  • Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions such as noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee must lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Physical Demands

The physical demands include talking, hearing, standing, walking, using hands, and reaching. These are necessary to perform the essential functions of the job successfully.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of related experience
