The Reman Technical Specialist at CNH Industrial Reman in Springfield, MO will engage with and support the CNH dealer network, delivering best-in-class technical information on remanufactured products, applications and availability. You will communicate via phone, email and on-site visits, aiding training sessions and sharing vital product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred in business or technical field.
• At least four years in a manufacturing environment with technical background in Agricultural/Construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to train and support dealers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed dealer expectations and penetration targets.
• Provide technical support via phone or email to dealers, CNH field sales, and internal teams.
• Travel to train dealers and PSSM team as needed.
• Assist with campaigns, programs, promotions and contests for CNH Reman customers.
